Level 3- Saturday, September 16, Level 4 - Sunday, September 17 Cost: $220 per level Ready to step up your chainsaw game? Levels 3 and 4 give experienced sawyers the skills to deal with challenging trees and hazardous situations in the woods. Level 3 focuses on trees with heavy lean, compression/tension, and limbing/bucking techniques. We will have live music by The Constables, lawn games, and the Smokin' Blue Devil Food truck serving up smoked chicken and pork, or portobello mushroom, with sides of slaw, baked beans, and cornbread. Fire Cider and Oxymels Workshop

Thursday, October 19 from 6-8pm Learn how to make your own fire cider for an age-old health-boosting remedy.  Support your health through the winter by combining apple cider vinegar with commonly used herbs found in your kitchen or right from the backyard garden.  Take your fire cider or infused vinegar and combine it with honey to create a wonderful Oxymel,  a deliciously sweet herbal extraction of vinegar and honey, the whole family can enjoy. No refunds for reservations cancelled less than seven days before the workshop start date. Workshop dates and venues are subject to change. NorthWoods Stewardship Center reserves the right to cancel a program at any time, in which case NorthWoods will notify registrants via email and a full refund will be provided.
