Mid-Winter Edition

Its offSki Press Release 2015.2.5 PHOTOicial! Mid-winter is here! And boy you would know it by looking outside. The thermometer is hovering well below freezing and the snow continues to pile up. The backcountry is filling in beautifully and the groomed trails are superb!

Whether you are out on the trails here at NorthWoods, at Kingdom Trails, Memphremagog Trails, Mt. Hor, Burke, Jay–you name it–the snow is great.

We have some great programs coming up and are happy to share a trails-related update, although this one related to our summer Conservation Corps. NorthWoods and our Backcountry Crew were featured on the latest Outdoor Journal segment on Vermont PBS. It is a great piece on trail building in the Northeast Kingdom and a link to the episode is below.

As always, we welcome your feedback and look forward to seeing you out on the trails.

Hopefully we’ll see you out there soon!
