DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, August 30\, 8:30am-12:30pm\, Free! \nInterested in the work of our Riparian Lands Crew? Join us for a day of seed collection this August\, when we’ll be collecting and processing chokecherry. \nThis is a great opportunity to get out in the field and learn id and collection methods\, no prior training necessary. \nAttendees meet and park at NorthWoods Stewardship Center at 8:30 am. Limited attendee slots\, so please register early! If weather or seed ripeness is not cooperating\, backup date is August 30th. \nThis event is approved for 2.5 Cat 1 credits with the Society of American Foresters.
