Crew Leaders<\/strong> are chosen for their ability to effectively coordinate and challenge their crews. They must demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills, a solid work ethic, and a positive and inspirational attitude. Crew members<\/strong> are chosen from candidates who show motivation, maturity, and enthusiasm in working hard and learning new skills. Although conservation and work skills are valuable, being able to work with others in a team environment is essential.<\/p>\n<\/div>
