Staff alum have gone on to share their talents in a wide variety of ways – here in the Northeast Kingdom, and far beyond. Friday, August 18, 9:30am-2:30pm, free! Climate change is impacting forests worldwide, and northern Vermont is no exception. This tour of the 1,473 acre NorthWoods forest will focus on climate-adapted silviculture and management, showing our use of Foresters for the Birds and NIACS Adaptation Workbook recommendations. Discussions will be geared toward foresters and experienced land managers; contact us for CEU availability.
