  • Game of Logging Levels 1 & 2

    Level 1 - Saturday, June 28 Level 2 - Sunday, June 29 Cost: $250 per level Expert instructors from Northeast Woodland Training will teach the fundamentals of safe chainsaw use, precision tree felling, and equipment care. Take the guesswork out of sawing- your safety matters! The minimum age for Game of Logging classes at NorthWoods is 16 years old. Participants ages 16-17 must have a parent/guardian waiver.   • Vermont Hunter Education Course

    Join us at NorthWoods for the Vermont Fish & Wildlife Hunter education course. Would-be hunters must successfully complete the Hunter Education course in order to purchase their first license. All courses are led by certified volunteer instructors, all are free, including materials, and all are open to all ages and experience. All courses, reading materials, and exams are written at a 6th grade reading level. No refunds for reservations cancelled less than seven days before the workshop start date. Workshop dates and venues are subject to change.
