Originally from the ‘Quiet Corner’ of Northeastern Connecticut, Kelsey found her way to the NEK after transferring to Sterling College in Craftsbury, VT, where she earned a Bachelors in Anthrozoology.

Kelsey has 10+ years experience in the art of web design and development, building websites for artists, farms, small businesses and non-profit organizations.

At NorthWoods, she enjoys striving to design online and print materials that appropriately convey the passion, hard work and authenticity of the organization and the beauty of the Northeast Kingdom.

When not promoting NorthWoods programs, Kelsey strives to continue her education on all topics, and spend time thinking about things such as: ways to behaviorally condition native animal species to eradicate invasive plants. She lives in Danville, VT with her husband and two cats and enjoys reading, learning about animal behavior, rehabilitating wildlife, and exploring the woods with her Morgan horse, Annie.
