Corps Field Season Begins: Faulkner Island Lighthouse
The Conservation Corps is gearing up for the season and has already begun spring projects. In partnership with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and the Faulkner Island Lighthouse Brigade, the Corps built a 60-foot brick walkway leading up to Connecticut’s second oldest lighthouse on Faulkner Island in Long Island Sound.
