    Level 1 - Saturday, June 27 Level 2 - Sunday, June 28 Cost: $250 per level Expert instructors from Northeast Woodland Training will teach the fundamentals of safe chainsaw use, precision tree felling, and equipment care.   • Backcountry Olympics Camp

    NorthWoods Stewardship Center 154 Leadership Drive, East Charleston, VT, United States

    Campers will earn badges and medals in this backcountry olympics-style camp. We’ll have challenges on all terrain, all across the Northwoods campus. Campers will participate in activities like cross-cut sawing, ax throwing, archery, and atlatl as a team. Campers will be awarded badges based on their proficiency level within these areas. At the end of the week, we’ll celebrate our accomplishments with a wet and wild obstacle course, flag flying ceremony and team showcases! No experience necessary - all abilities welcome. Day Camp. Outreach Events and Workshops Cancellation Policy: Unless otherwise noted, 50% refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least a week before workshop start date. No refunds for reservations cancelled less than seven days before the workshop start date. Workshop dates and venues are subject to change. NorthWoods Stewardship Center reserves the right to cancel a program at any time, in which case NorthWoods will notify registrants via email and a full refund will be provided.
